Both loving sushi, we decided a good choice for our first critique would be an all you can eat sushi restaurant. We are used to going to the restaurant Kanda and therefore chose to try something new. We went for lunch at the restaurant Tokyo located on St-Catherine. Overall we found the sushi was very good but the service was a little bit slow and the waiters all seemed kind of lost. They made a mistake with our order and they forgot one as well. Our favorite dish was the spicy salmon sushi pizza, we had previously tried sushi pizzas at other restaurants but Tokyo had many options of different pizzas which we had never heard of before. We ended up ordering two of these as well as two dragon eyes. Our least favorite dish was the salmon avocado roll, we found there was too much salmon in it which took away from the avocado and the flavors that these two ingredients are supposed to have when combined together. As the restaurant filled up the service got much slower and the ambience felt a little bit too cluttered because the tables were so close together which was some-what unpleasant.
